Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, you must cover the shipping costs to send the item back to us. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will send you the replacement item with no additional shipping charges from our side.
Damaged or Defective Items
Our products are covered by a 1-year warranty for defects or damage. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@circassia.shop with details of the product and the defect. If the defect is confirmed upon assessment, we will cover the shipping costs for the return and send a replacement at no extra charge.
Sale Items
Sale items can be refunded. If you wish to return a sale item, please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
International Returns
For international returns, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Please contact us before returning the item to ensure the return process is clear.
